The Carson junior varsity boys basketball team jumped out to a 37-15 halftime lead on its way to the win. Will Holbert scored 12 points, Paul Cagle had 11 points, Caleb Carter and Joe Laverdure each had eight points, Markus Adams and Matt Tillit each had six points, Mitch Brantingham had five points and David Eller, Jordan Miller and Zack Rispin all added four points.
Carson coach Gavin Ward praised Cagle's and Laverdure's inside play and Holbert's defense.
