The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 43-year-old unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 7:52 a.m. Thursday on Penn Circle on suspicion of failure to appear on a traffic citation. Bail was set at $227.


• Stephen Austin Himmelman, 47, a construction worker from Elko was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Saliman Road on an Elko County warrant charging felony insufficient funds. Bail was set at $2,890.


• Carole Anne Owen, 43, a clerk from Carson City, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. Thursday at Highway 50 East and Lompa Lane on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.


The following are some of the 209 calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• A report of someone throwing fireworks from the back of a truck near the Koontz water tank.


• Graffiti report in the 5400 block of South Carson Street at 7:27 a.m.


• Graffiti report at Emerson Drive and Highway 395 at 8:25 a.m.


• Grand larceny report in the 4000 block of Line Drive at 10:34 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report in the 600 block of Wagner Drive at 2:58 p.m.


• Missing person report in the 2300 block of Darla Way at 4:10 p.m.


• Battery report in the 1700 block of North Carson Street at 4:29 p.m.


• Neighborhood dispute in the 200 block of East Park Street at 8:20 p.m.


• Vehicle burglary report in the 200 block of Albany Avenue at 11:32 p.m.

• Graffiti report in the 200 block of Old Dayton Valley Road at 7:49 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report in the 3900 block of Atkins Street in Silver Springs at 8:54 a.m.


• Gas leak report in the 9000 block of Mustang Trail in Fernley at 10:02 a.m.


• Commercial burglary report in the 1800 block of Newlands Drive at 10:02 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report in the 3800 block of Atkins Street in Silver Springs at 10:06 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 339 in Mason Valley at 1:31 p.m.


• Destruction of property report at Penny Park in Silver Springs at 1:47 p.m.


• Vandalism report at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Dayton Valley at 4:59 p.m.


• Fire report on Grosh Avenue in Dayton at 8:13 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• A bracelet was stolen from a home on South G Street at 2:09 p.m.


• Traffic citations at Seven Mile and State Route 341.
