District Court Judge Sally Loehrer sentenced Alfredo Gonzalez Foutch, owner of Big Boys Toys auto repair shop, to six months in Clark County Detention Center for two gross misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.

The term of incarceration was suspended and Foutch was sentenced to probation not to exceed three years during which time payment of restitution of $5483.22 is to be paid to Farmers Insurance Co. Foutch must also reimburse the Attorney General's Insurance Fraud Control Unite $2,000 in investigative costs and pay a $2,000 fine to the Eighth Judicial District Court.

Big Boys Toys had defrauded Farmers by making repairs that cost the shop much less than was given originally for repairs by the insurance company.
