Doyle F. Moon, 62, of Stagecoach, died July 20, 2006, in Carson City. He was born April 14, 1944, in Michigan to Doyle and Rosa Moon.
He married Darlene on Dec. 8, 1967, in Whittier, Calif.
He lived in Turlock, Calif., before moving to the Carson City area in 1996.
Mr. Moon served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, including his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister Betty.
Among his survivors are his wife, of Stagecoach; daughters Veronica Moon, Jessica England and Jamie Moon, all of Stagecoach; sisters Maxine, Donna, Lavon, Effie and Sharon; and two grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
