A semi-truck carrying rocks flipped on its side Friday morning at 9:21 a.m., dumping its load into the eastbound lanes of Highway 50 East near the Carson Freeway northbound onramp.
Traffic is backed up and motorists are urged to take an alternate route.
Minor injuries are reported.
