Emergency crews are at the scene of multi-car accidents in the southbound lanes of Highway 395 in Washoe Valley. Traffic was backed up for miles shortly after 8:30 a.m., according to a witness.
A dispatcher said there were three different accidents within a short space of roadway at the Bellvue Bridge along Washoe Lake. At least one person was injured, according to the dispatcher.
