Tourism officials present Nevada's attractions to China

The Nevada Commission on Tourism is leading its annual tourism-building mission to China through Monday.

A 15-member delegation was assembled after being granted a license by the People's Republic of China to advertise Nevada as a visitor destination to outbound Chinese.

Last year, the U.S. government issued 530,000 visas to Chinese visitors. Chinese tourism officials estimate that at least 90 percent of Chinese visitors to the United States include Nevada in their trip.
