Miller, Orozco to compete at nationals

Two area wrestlers will be competing in the Senior National High School Wrestling Championships to be held March 20-26 in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Douglas High's Shane Miller and Fallon's Riley Orozco will compete in the event. The two have been training with Carson coach Casey Schweitzer.

Miller won the NIAA 4A State title at 189 pounds while Orozco was the state champion at 171. To qualify for the nationals, a wrestler must be a senior and a public high school state champion or runner-up or a national prep school champion or runner-up.

Steelers party on March 18

Pittsburgh Steeler fans will have a chance to relive the team's Super Bowl win in a post Super Bowl event to be held Saturday, March 18 at the All-Star Bar and Grill, 924 Mica in Indian Hills across from Chevron. The festivities begin at 2 p.m.
