CARSON JVS SWEEP
Erin Johansen and Brittany Duncan each had six hits as Carson finished off a three-game sweep against Reno, sweeping a doubleheader on Friday. Carson won the opener 9-3 and the nightcap 7-4.
In the opener, Johansen went 4-for-4 with four RBI, Tiffany O'Day was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI, Duncan doubled twice and Rebecca Gansberg tripled. Jesse Sinclair was the winning pitcher.
In the nightcap, Johansen went 2-for-4 with a tirple, Duncan was 4-for-4 andn Lisa Shores and Megan Rogers each doubled. Jaime Good was the winning pitcher for Carson, which finished 13-4 in league.
