Marjorie M. Brant, 86, a 20-year Dayton resident, died April 28, 2006, at her home.
Mrs. Brant was born Nov. 8, 1919, in Wichita, Kan., to William Noble Merry and Nettie Mae Riggs.
She was a high school graduate and a bookkeeper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Brant, in May 1993 in Carson City; sister Phyllis Edwards in Denver in 2001; and three nephews.
Among her survivors are daughter Constance Autry of Dayton; son Garry Bowen of Dayton; sister Marilynn McFadden of Sun City, Ariz.; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and two nieces.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
