The following are some of the calls deputies responded to Wednesday and Thursday:


• A $1,200 television was reported stolen at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of Market Street.


• A residence was reported broken into at 5:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Koontz Lane. The back window was reportedly broken and a back door open.


• A female tried to cash a check stolen from a tribal member at 9:14 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Highway 50 East.


• Felony embezzlement was reported 11:02 a.m. Thursday in the 2900 block of Highway 50 East.


• Theft of a computer worth $3,000 reported at 11:55 a.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Market Street.




Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• A business alarm at 7 a.m. in the 800 block of Highway 95A in Fernley.


• A gas leak report at 9:32 a.m. in the 1000 block of Popo Agie Way in Yerington.


• An animal compliant at 10:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Red Wing Drive in Dayton.


• An animal complaint at 11:31 a.m. in the 300 block of Shawna Way in Yerington.


• Threats at 4:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Toiyabe Street in Silver Springs.


• Larceny at 5:45 p.m. in the 3400 block of Cypress Street in Silver Springs.


• Destruction of property at 9:13 p.m. in the 1000 block of Cooney Drive in SIlver Springs.


• Driving under the influence at 11:20 p.m. in the 30 block of Dayton Valley Road.


• House fire at 11: 38 p.m. on Tamsen Road in Fernley.
