Rob Bozin is heading up a great rummage sale Saturday to help support the Carson High School 2006-07 wrestling team. It will be held in conjunction with the annual PTSA Craft Fair in the north parking lot of the high school.
You can spend a nice relaxing day Christmas shopping or grabbing a great bargain to help support the wrestling team. If you would like to donate items to be sold, call the number below to schedule a pickup.

The Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company's presentation of Lerner and Lowe's magical Brigadoon opens Friday at the Carson City Community Center.
The featured actors and actresses are absolutely superb. If you have not seen one of Stephanie Arrigotti's productions or watched dancing choreographed by Gina Davis, you are in for a treat.

The Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare Auxiliary Gift Shop will hold a Harvest Clearance Sale through Nov. 13.
All merchandise in the entire shop will be 30 percent off with the exception of See's candy, Ty products and greeting cards.
The sale will help clear out the current merchandise in order to make room for new holiday items.

I have had such positive feedback on what a great time this event is, not only hearing from veterans, but from community members as well.
It is a wonderful experience to be able to listen to local veterans what they experienced. This is a learning event for your children, so bring them along and meet some of the men and women who fought for freedom.
You will also be supporting the Veterans Meals on Wheels Program.

WHAT: Spaghetti & meatballs, Caesar Salad (bring your own anchovies), cheesy garlic bread and dessert.
