Mirable "Rusty" Crabtree, 97, a five-year Yerington resident, died Oct. 19, 2006, at South Lyon Medical Center, long-term care, Yerington.
Mrs. Crabtree was born Oct. 25, 1908, in Bridgeport, Conn., to Harriet and Archibald Miller.
She grew up in Albany, N.Y., and majored in physical fitness.
She belonged to the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She was preceded in death by her first husband in World War II and by her second husband, Woodrow Crabtree.
Among her survivors are her daughter Shirley Garner of Hollister, Mo.; son and daughter-in-law Phillip and Toni Crabtree of Smith Valley; one grandson and one great-grandson.
Cremation took place under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home.
