What's open and closed for Veterans Day holiday today

DMV offices will be closed Today and Saturday.

CARSON CITY

The Carson City Marriage Bureau will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Today and Saturday, but there will not be a judge on hand to perform ceremonies on Today, only Saturday.

The front desk of the Carson City Sheriff's Department will be closed. Officers and dispatch will operate as usual.

The Carson City Library will be closed.

Jump Around Carson will be running today and Saturday.

The Nevada State Museum and the Nevada State Railroad Museum will both be open normal hours Today.

The Children's Museum of Northern Nevada will be open.

LYON COUNTY

All Lyon County Library branches will be closed Today.

All public offices, including the marriage bureau, will be closed Today.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The Douglas County Public Libraries will both be closed Saturday.

The front desk of the Carson City Sheriff's Department will be closed. Officers and dispatch will operate as usual.

DART will not be running.

The Douglas County Marriage Bureau in Minden will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on an on-call basis. The Lake Tahoe branch will be open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
