Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 19-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 39-year-old health-care worker from Carson City was arrested Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. in the 2100 block of Snowflake Drive on warrants charging contempt of court and failure to appear. Bail was set at $939.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• A white 1991 Geo Metro convertible was stolen from the 300 block of North Carson Street. The vehicle was last seen by its owner at 9 p.m. Monday.

• A woman reported Tuesday at 7:38 a.m. her purse was stolen the previous evening as she shopped in the 700 block of Old Clear Creek Road.

• A report of gasoline poured inside an office in the 6300 block of Highway 50 East at 10:19 a.m.

• A red Chevy Camaro was reported stolen from East Fifth Street at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday.

• Commercial burglary report in the 1600 block of Maple Creek Lane at 1:38 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Fire on Iroquois Trail in Stagecoach at 8:39 a.m.

• Assault report on Dallas Street in Fernley at 10:21 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Antelope Street in Silver Springs at 12:36 p.m.

• Shots fired report on Palomino Street in Mason Valley at 3:08 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• A 15-year-old student who received a concussion over the weekend felt woozy at Virginia City High School at 2:54 p.m.

• Traffic citation on Six Mile Canyon Road at 4:16 p.m.

• Traffic citation on State Route 342 at 10:18 p.m.
