A funeral Mass for Raymond Ralph Riehle, 78, a 17-year Wellington resident, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.

Mr. Riehle died Nov. 25, 2006, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Reno. He was born Feb. 17, 1928, in Milford, Ohio, to Raymond Ralph Riehle and Eleanora Nordman Riehle.

He married Sharlene Riehle on May 12, 1988, in Sacramento.

He worked at the Ormsby House prior to its closure for renovation.

He had also worked for the FBI.

He earned the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart serving in the U.S. Army as a captain from 1950-53 during the Korean War.

Among his survivors are his wife; sons Ray, Ed and Mark Riehle; and stepdaughter, Laura Beveridge-Unruh.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
