A memorial Mass for Thomas H. Freeman, 62, a 12-year Carson City resident, will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.

Mr. Freeman died Nov. 27, 2006, in Carson City. He was born July 15, 1944, in Santa Ana, Calif., to Lawrence Edward Freeman and Evelyn Henry.

He married Eileen Schmidt on May 15, 1990, in Carson City.

Before moving to Carson City, Mr. Freeman lived in Orange County, Calif.

He owned and operated Freeman's Rubber Stamp Store for four years in Carson City. He had retired from the Irvine, Calif., School District in 1994.

Mr. Freeman served in the U.S. Army from 1966-68 during the Vietnam War.

He enjoyed hot rods.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry Freeman.

Among his survivors are his wife, of Carson City; son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Donna Freeman of Orange County; daughter and son-in-law, Trisha and Ken Burr of Orange County; stepdaughter and son-in-law Julie and John Showalter of Orange County; stepdaughter Jill Fletcher of Carson City; brother and sister-in-law Stan and Rosemary Freeman of Orange County;, and 13 grandchildren.

Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
