Even though he was a Dodgers fan, the San Francisco Giants were willing to place a message on the scoreboard at AT&T Park for Dave Costa and his family from Carson City, Fernley and Bend, Ore., who attended Sunday's regular season finale between the Giants and the Dogers. Costa, who his battling cancer, has been a Carson City resident for more than 30 years.
