What I do: I manage the business and take care of logistics and document imaging/scanning. Brian takes care of sales, consulting and records management. We both share tasks and promote the business whenever possible through networking groups like BNI and the chamber of commerce.

Why I opened my business in Carson City: The many benefits this area has to offer such as taxes and cost of living.

Experience: I have been involved in the technology industry for more than eight years. I served as the chief technology officer for Vineburg Machining from 1998 to 2006. In 2001, I founded Data Storage Associates, a document imaging company in Northern California. The company moved to Nevada in 2004. In March 2006, Data Storage merged with Offsite Data Depot.

Olson has been involved in the technology industry for more than 24 years, including 13 years as the chief technologist for a multi-billion dollar, multi-state financial institution. He was also involved in the startup and growth of a successful records storage business in Northern California.

My family: My wife and I moved up as well from Northern California. Brian is married to Susie and they have two daughters who attend schools in Carson City. They knew that this was the kind of community where we wanted to raise their children.

My life motto: To be a positive influence in peoples' lives and to just be a good person.

My inspiration: My father and what he has done for people and his business successes.
