The 13th Annual Boys and Girls Club Annual Kids Auction & World's Greatest BBQ is the largest annual fundraising event for the club, raising nearly 20 percent of its annual operating costs. It features an all-you-can-eat-barbeque with ribs cooked by Carson City BBQ Co., a hosted bar, live and silent auctions, and a concert by Glen Campbell with special guest Debby Campbell.
This year's live auction has everything from a 1929 Mercedes Benz, to a 100th Anniversary Harley Davidson Heritage Softail motorcycle, and for dog lovers even a cute golden retriever puppy with kennel. There are approximately 200 items up for auction between the live and silent auctions.
