A celebration of life for Christopher Adam Leach, 32, of Dayton, will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Carson City Senior Citizens Center. Friends are asked to bring a dish for a potluck.
Mr. Leach died Aug. 30, 2006, as a result of a motorcycle accident on Highway 50 on Dayton Hill. He was born March 20, 1974, in Vallejo, Calif., to Lawrence and Krista Leach.
He graduated from Carson High School in 1993.
He was a diesel mechanic.
He served in the Nevada Army National Guard and the U.S. Army, serving tours in Germany, Macedonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycle riding and having a good time.
Among his survivors are his longtime companion, Lena Reseck of Dayton; parents of Carson City; sister, Andria L. Edwards of Sparks; two nieces in Sparks; and a nephew in Lemoore, Calif.
Cremation took place at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
