The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 45-year-old mason from Carson City was arrested at 11:31 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Allouette Drive on suspicion of felony burglary. The man allegedly battered a 16-year-old boy whom he believed raped his 13-year-old daughter. Bail was set at $25,000.


• Danny Edward Boydston, 43, disabled from Carson City, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. in the 200 block of Jeanell Street on suspicion of felony giving a controlled substance to a minor, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $22,496.


• Robert Carlyle Stoner, 46, a computer technician from Carson City, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Carmine Street on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $20,000.


The following are some of the 149 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 12:24 a.m. and the 200 block of Koontz Lane at 4:15 a.m.


• Graffiti reports on Stewart Street and Mountain Street.


• An Eagle Valley student brought a knife to school and threatened a classmate at 11:35 a.m.


• A fight at 2:23 p.m. in the Walgreens parking lot in which a boy and girl were injured by bats.


• Camcorders were reported stolen from a business in the 3100 block of Highway 50 East at 3:03 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the 126 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Destruction of property report on Roughing It Road in Mark Twain at 8:28 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest in the Jaracanda Avenue in Silver Springs at 10:41 a.m.


• Fire on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 5:01 p.m.


• Accident on Farm District Road at 6:25 p.m.


• Fire on Grosh Avenue in Dayton at 6:30 p.m.


• Battery report in the 900 block of Lakeview Drive in Dayton Valley at 7:33 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the 13 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• A report of traffic cones set up to direct traffic into oncoming lane on Cartwright Road at 7:41 a.m.


• A report of a large American flag stolen from the side of a business on North C Street at 10:41 a.m. The flag was returned after a driver discovered it was caught in the car door.


• Accident on North C Street at 7:42 p.m.


• Arrest on a Reno warrant at 8:17 p.m. on State Route 342.
