Carson City Freestyle Motocross riders Adam Jones and Brian Foster are still in the hunt to win the Dew Cup at the season-ending event of the 2006 Dew Action Sports Tour, the pro tour of action sports.
The Dew Cup is awarded to athletes with the highest point totals in the six combined disciplines of skateboarding (vert, park), BMX (vert, park, dirt) and freestyle motocross.
The five-city professional action sports tour will come to a close at Orlando's TD Waterhouse Centre for the PlayStation® Pro October 12-15. Jones is in seventh place with 126 points and Foster is in 10th with 119 points.
The Dew Action Sports Tour has the largest competitive purse in action sports and the biggest broadcast commitment in action sports history - 22 hours on NBC and 10 on USA. Jones and Foster have the opportunity to write themselves into the action sports history books with a win in Orlando.
