A funeral service for Faith Caroline Fischmann, 5 months, 26 days old, of Minden, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hilltop Community Church. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City.
Faith died Sept. 26, 2006, in Minden, of complications from Trisomy 18, also known as Edwards syndrome, a genetic disorder. She was born March 31, 2006, in Carson City to Mitchell and Diana Fischmann.
Among her survivors are her parents of Minden; sisters Lindsay, Shaylene, Haley and Grace Fischmann; brothers Nathan and Brandon Fischmann; and several extended-family members.
Memorial donations may be made to the Trisomy 18 Support Foundation, 4491 Cheshire Station Plaza #157, Dale City, VA, 22193.
