The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 26-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested Tuesday at 9:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of California Street on suspicion of misdemeanor tampering with a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $1,200.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Graffiti reports on Dori Way, College Parkway and East Robinson Street.


• Commercial burglary report on Goni Road at 9:33 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Harbin Street at 9:38 a.m.


• Vehicle accident in the 3600 block of South Carson Street at 11:22 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on East Musser Street at 3:38 p.m.


• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 3:57 p.m.


• Vehicle accident at North Curry and Adeline streets at 5:21 p.m.


• Residential burglary report in the 400 block of Vintage Circle at 6:34 p.m.


• A report of a vehicle getting its windows shot out at 8:59 p.m. in the 1300 block of Stanford Drive.


• Battery report in the 500 block of North Carson Street at 9:41 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• A report of a juvenile assaulting a teacher in the 3700 block of West Spruce Street in Silver Springs at 8:47 a.m.


• Warrant arrest of a 70-year-old man in the 1700 block of Lake Street in Silver Springs at 11:31 a.m.


• A report of a man and woman walking out of a business on East Main Street without paying their $20 bill at 3:37 p.m.


• Report of a domestic dispute involving knives on South Main Street in Fernley at 9:54 p.m.
