Employees do not wash hands thoroughly or as often as necessary to remove contamination. Gloves are not a substitute for washing hands. County Store, 3389 E. Highway 50, retail grocery, scored 94 points. There is evidence of rodents in the establishment. The hand washing sink seal to the wall is cracking and the floor tiles have cracks and separations.
