Sierra Pacific Power Co.'s proposed substation in Mark Twain will be discussed during the 5 p.m. meeting of the Storey County Commission tonight.
An ordinance banning the feeding of pigeons is also up for discussion.
The meeting is at the Storey County Courthouse, B Street Virginia City.
