Workin' for a song

BRAD HORN/Nevada Appeal Carson High School's Blue Thunder Marching band rehearses at the school's football field this afternoon. The band will celebrate the end of 12-hour practice days with a dessert concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the field. The public is invited. The field is on the east side of the school, 1111 N. Saliman Road.
