Clarence Lester Saunders, 87, a 15 year resident of Carson City, passed away at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center on November 30, 2007.
He was born October 10, 1920 in Coleman County, Texas, served in the Navy in World War II, and later lived in New York, then California.
His wife of 52 years, Frances Saunders, passed away in 2005.
He is survived by his son Robert, grandsons Samuel and Gregory, nephew Mack, and nieces Jerri Ann and Zana.
The burial will be Friday December 7, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Lone Mountain Cemetery
