Turkey collection and candy sales on Tuesday agenda

Turkey Round-up, a collecting of turkeys for Friends in Service Helping from 2-8 p.m. today through Saturday at the Carson City Elks Lodge No. 2177, 515 N. Nevada St.

Carson City Host Lions Club See's Candy Sales, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday at Fuji Park (across from Costco); Raley's; and two Save-Mart stores (Highway 50 East and North Carson Street). Funds used to support the purchase of eye glasses and exams for local underprivileged and the Carson City Host Lions Club's scholarship fund.
