The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Lisa Ann Winter, 27, a drug counselor from Gardnerville, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. Monday at the Sheriff's Department on a Reno warrant for suspicion of felony embezzlement. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 48-year-old transient was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor destruction of property. Bail was set at $632.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
• Coroner call in the 3000 block of Ormsby Boulevard at 4:39 a.m.
• Report of a blue Toyota FJ Cruiser stolen from the 200 block of Anderson Street sometime before 7:36 a.m.
• The Box Store in the 1000 block of Plaza Street was burglarized sometime before 8:42 a.m.
• Accident at Bath and Mountain streets at 8:46 a.m.
• A torch was stolen from a storage unit in the 3000 block of Highway 50 East at 11:02 a.m.
• A gold-band ring with diamonds was reported stolen from the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 11:40 a.m.
• Accidents at Fifth and Curry streets at 12:56 p.m.
• On Saturday, Sheriff's Department conducted a DUI checkpoint on Highway 50 East at Flint Drive. According to Deputy Jarrod Adams, during the six hours of the checkpoint, 2,050 vehicles were stopped, three arrests were made, and about 25 people received tickets for license violations. Ten cars and one motorcycle were towed for having drivers without valid driver's licenses. Overtime for this detail was paid for by the Office of Traffic Safety, Department of Public Safety.
• Zoe Marie Martin, 60, unemployed from Lincoln, Calif., was arrested on misdemeanor contempt of court and a Washoe County warrant for suspicion of felony failure to appear on a DUI charge.
• A 31-year-old Carson City framer was arrested at 1:41 a.m. at Carson and Long streets on suspicion of driving on a license revoked for DUI and driving without proof of insurance. Bail was set at $1,864.
• Roland Moore, 25, unemployed from Sparks, was arrested on suspicion of felony probation violation and misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. No bail was set.
• A 45-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 1:15 p.m. at Cedar and Cottonwood drives on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and harassment. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Domestic batteries on Nye Lane and Hot Springs Road.
• Coroner call on Dawn Circle at 7:31 a.m.
• Tires were slashed on a vehicle in the 3200 block of North Roop Street sometime before 6:57 a.m.
• Commercial burglary report at Pick N Pull on Highway 50 East at 8:50 a.m.
• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 10:39 a.m.
• A student was arrested at Carson Middle School at 1:38 p.m.
• Report of someone trying to pass a counterfeit MoneyGram at Wal-Mart at 1:49 p.m.
• Graffiti report on Center Drive at Bennett Avenue at 2:22 p.m.
Lyon County

• Accident on Farm District Road in Fernley at 6:30 a.m.
• A report of windows shot out with a BB gun in Fernley on Winnie Lane at 6:19 p.m., Bens Way at 6:41 p.m. and Farm District Road at 7:22 p.m.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• Report of one truck driver battering another truck driver with a tire billy at 8:13 a.m. on Newlands Drive in Fernley.
• Graffiti report on Katherine Court in Fernley at 8:41 a.m.
• Several guns were reported stolen from a Jeanette Drive home in Mound House at 11:02 a.m.
• A Christmas lawn ornament was stolen from the yard of a home on Fortune Drive in Dayton sometime before 11:49 a.m.
• Storage shed burglary reported at 2:03 p.m. on Desert Lakes Drive in Fernley.
• A Realtor reported at 3:51 p.m. that when she went to show a house on Rouge River Road in Fernley she found squatters with several cats living inside.
• A woman was arrested for biting her partner's face during a domestic dispute on Firemans Row in Dayton at 10:34 p.m.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
• Traffic citation issued on Waltham Way at 7:13 a.m.
• Rollover accident on Interstate 80 at Mustang at 8:05 a.m.

• Traffic citation issued on State Route 341 at 6:52 a.m.
• Arrest on State Route 655 at 11:58 a.m.
