UNR shutout in bowl game

The Nevada Wolf Pack football team turned in a lackluster performance dropping a 23-0 decision to the the University of New Mexico in the New Mexico Bowl played in Albuquerque. Nevada ends its season at 6-7.

The Lobos jumped out to a 14-0 lead after the first quarter on a pair of passing touchdowns by Donovan Porterie. New Mexico added two field goals in the second quarter to stretch the lead to 20-0. The Lobos added a fourth quarter field goal to cap the score. Porterie finished 20-36 for 354 yards and two touchdowns.
