A memorial service for Bill M. Marsh, 76, a 38-year Carson City resident, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Autumn Funerals and Cremations.
Mr. Marsh died Feb. 4, 2007.He was born Feb. 19, 1930, in Kokomo, Ind., to Cecile G. and Mary B. Marsh.
He married Mary Butcher on March 12, 1955.
He graduated from high school in Kokomo and later attended the Indiana Technical College, graduating with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
He worked for the Illinois Division of Highways, living in Paris, Ill., for seven years until he came to Nevada and began working with the Department of Transportation. He retired after 27 years with NDOT, having served as a resident engineer, assistant construction engineer, and head maintenance engineer.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Joanne.
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; sons Edward Moser of Carson City and William Marsh of Dayton; daughter, Lisa Fitzpatrick of Lovelock; brother, Ronald Marsh of Surprise, Ariz.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Autumn Funerals and Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
