A Fallon teen died early Sunday morning in an accident on Robb Drive in Reno, police said.

Bryan Evans, 19, died at Renown Regional Medical Center following the 3 a.m. accident.

According to the Reno Police Department, passenger Joshua Fleming, 19, of Reno was found walking near the vehicle and Evans, who was the driver, had been ejected and was in the road, said Lt. Mike Whan.

The cause of the accident appears to be that Evans was not able to make a "sweeping turn" in the road due to "excessive speed," Whan said.

Neither Evans nor Fleming were wearing their seat belts.

"It was reported that the driver and his passenger were leaving a party somewhere in the area shortly before this accident," Whan said.

Anyone with information regarding the location or hosts of the party or who witnessed the accident are asked to call Detective Troy Callahan at 334-2141 or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
