Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 32-year-old warehouse worker from Minden was arrested at 5:03 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Ian Miles Lister, 29, a transient who refused to name his employer, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony parole violation, misdemeanor malicious destruction of property and drunken pedestrian. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Felony arrest at East Musser and Walsh streets at 1:32 a.m.

• Commercial burglary report in the 6300 block of Highway 50 East at 8:34 a.m.

• Fraud reports in the 900 lock of East Second Street, 1400 block of Fremont Street, 2800 block of Tangerine Drive, 2200 block of South Edmonds Drive, 900 block of South Carson Street and 3100 block of Desatoya Drive.

• A child was found in the parking lot of the Highway 50 East Albertsons at 1:05 p.m.

• Commercial burglary report in the 200 block of South Carson Street at 1:12 p.m.

• Two coroner calls in the 300 block of Ormsby Boulevard, one at 1:34 p.m. and the second at 3:17 p.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 600 block of Chernus Drive at 3:44 p.m.

• Grand-larceny report in the 3100 block of North Deer Run Road at 4 p.m.

• Welfare check in the 1200 block of Slide Mountain Drive at 8:08 p.m.

• Fire on Cottonwood Lane in Fernley at 9:36 a.m.

• Search warrant in the 600 block of Silverlace Boulevard in Fernley at 1:11 p.m.

• Accident on Artist View Drive in Smith Valley at 4:17 p.m.

• Accident on East Newlands Drive in Fernley at 5:41 p.m.

• Accident on Main Street in Yerington at 5:54 p.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Silver Lane in Stagecoach at 7:15 p.m.

Storey County

• Traffic citation issued in the courthouse parking lot on South B Street at 1:12 p.m.
