Carson (12-3, 4-1) trailed for most of the game, but came back for the win when John Nuthall hit two free throws with 25 seconds left for the final margin. Kyle Stone scored 16 points, Nick Peternell had 14 points, Nuthall and Mitch Brantingham each had six points and Nikolai Vasquez added five points for Carson.
