Arthur Tanner, 81, a Carson City resident, died Jan. 19, 2007, at his home.
Mr. Tanner was born March 23, 1925. He had retired from the U. S. Postal Service and recently owned and operated his own house painting company in Carson City.
He was preceded in death by his wife, and son, David A. Tanner in 1996.
