The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• Three subjects ran from deputies in the 2800 block of Silver Sage Drive at 12:01 a.m. One person was arrested 15 minutes later.


• A man reported his girlfriend locked him and the children out of their motel room in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue at 12:13 a.m.


• Report of tires slashed on a vehicle in the 3200 block of Imperial Way at 5:46 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue at 7:20 a.m.


• Graffiti reports in the 600 and 700 blocks of East Robinson Street.


• Accident involving a car and a cement truck at South Carson and East Fifth streets at 1:21 p.m.


• A man reported his snowboard and a bike were missing from his garage in the 1500 block of Rand Avenue at 3:16 p.m.


• Report of shots fired on North Deer Run Road at 11:32 p.m.


• A mother reported her intoxicated son threw a pan of hot grease at his sister, before choking her and then holding her head under the water in a kiddy pool. The brother then fled the home in the 1200 block of North Roop Street at 7:33 p.m. Officers were unable to locate him. The case has been forwarded for a warrant.


• A report of someone shooting at stop signs from a moving vehicle at 11:23 p.m. on North Deer Run Road.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• Report of a large flower pot stolen from a yard on La Costa Circle in Dayton at 11:49 a.m.


• Report of a vehicle in a ditch on Hardie Lane in Fernley at 2:42 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made.


• A grandmother reported a juvenile in the neighborhood shot her granddaughter with a BB gun at 2:29 p.m. in Mound House.


• Report of a domestic dispute on Cash Drive in Mound House in which a woman was damaging a man's car at 4:47 p.m.


• Report of a vehicle into a power pole on Farm District Road in Fernley at 10:12 p.m.


• Accident on Columbine Court in Fernley at 10:43 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• A report of eight horses standing by the road on State Route 341 at 7:32 a.m. The caller asked that a deputy try to get them away from the highway.


• Traffic citations issued on C Street at 8 a.m. 8:16 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.


• Report of a school bus with a sign reading, "In Training," that did not use the turnouts and three cars passed it on double-yellow lines at 8:46 a.m.


• Arrest made on North C Street at 1:36 p.m.


• Traffic citation issued on Five Mile Flat at 5:24 p.m.
