Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 27-year-old Carson City resident was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $515 cash.

• A 36-year-old supervisor from Carson City was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Friday at Highway 50 East and State Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and driving on the wrong side of the road. Bail was set at $1,224.

• A 46-year-old truck driver from Carson City was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

Lyon County

The following are some of the 140 calls to which deputies responded:

• Report of a drunken driver on Highway 95A in Mason Valley at 12:14 a.m. Saturday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

• Report of a drunken driver on Main Street in Fernley at 1:01 a.m. Saturday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

• Report of a nude woman possibly under in the influence of drugs involved in a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Comstock Road in Dayton Valley.

• Report of drug possession or sales at the Dayton Rodeo Grounds in Dayton Valley at 2:31 p.m. Saturday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

Storey County

The following are some of the 28 calls to which deputies responded:

• Store owner reported needing a garter snake removed from the front pillar of the store on South C Street in Virginia City at 2:23 p.m. Saturday.

• Report of a domestic dispute on Appellate Road at 10:48 p.m. Saturday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
