Sylvia Kathleen Perri, 56, a 10-year Minden resident died June 18, 2007. She was born Dec. 31, 1950, in Detroit, Mich., to Joseph and Jean Seske.
She married Richard Perri on June 30, 1978, in Grosse Pointe, Mich. Before moving to Carson City she lived in Dearborn, Mich.
Mrs. Perri graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in education.
She was an elementary school teacher.
She was a member of St. Gall Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Among her survivors are her husband and daughter Marisa both of Minden; mother; sister Olivia Seske of Gross Pointe Shores, Mich.; brother David Seske of St. Clair Shores, Mich., and several extended family members living in Michigan.
Cremation was at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
