Sheriff's Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 20-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Wednesday at William and State streets on suspicion of misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol and minor in possession of alcohol. Bail was set at $374. Also arrested was a 19-year-old man from Carson City on two misdemeanor traffic warrants. Bail was set at $2,065.

• Coroner call in the 3300 block of Otha Street at 11:56 a.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 1600 block of Brown Street at 11:59 a.m.

• Graffiti on Christmas Tree, Muldoon Street and Arthur Street.

• Missing person report on Crystal Water Way at 3:59 p.m. and Gentry Lane at 4:34 p.m.

• Fight report in the 400 block of Hot Springs Road at 7:45 p.m.

• Petty larceny report in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue at 9:26 p.m.

• Battery report in the 800 block of East William Street at 8:46 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Misdemeanor arrest on Cheyenne Drive in Stagecoach at 2:07 a.m.

• Coroner call in the 700 block of Earth Circle in Fernley at 6:03 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 100 block of Pebble Drive in Dayton Valley at 8:13 a.m.

• Coroner call on Pearl Street in Yerington 8:51 a.m.

• Accident at Elm and Indigo streets in Silver Springs at 3:07 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest at Penny Park in Silver Springs at 6:03 p.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 2600 block of Farm District Road in Fernley at 7:35 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• A vehicle was repossessed on South A Street at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday.

• A man fainted on USA Parkway at 2:34 p.m. Tuesday.

• A domestic battery warrant arrest on Vista Road at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.

• Arrest at the Storey County Sheriff's Office at 11:12 a.m. Monday.

• Arrest on North C Street at 12:36 p.m. Monday.

• Accident on State Route 341 three-quarters of a mile from the summit at 4:53 p.m. Monday.

• Traffic citation issued on USA Parkway at 10:30 p.m. Monday.

• An ex-employee was refusing to leave a business on Wild Horse Canyon Drive at 7:54 a.m. Sunday.

• Traffic citation issued on Six Mile Canyon Road at 12:45 p.m. Sunday.

• Traffic citation issued on B Street at 3:55 p.m. Sunday.

• An arrest was made of an intoxicated driver on Canyon Way at 6:48 p.m. Sunday.

• Samuel R. Person, 24, of Virginia City, was arrested on Feb. 28 on burglary and grand larceny warrants issued by Virginia City Justice Court. The warrants stem from the theft of firearms from a home.

• Aaron D. Buchspics, 20, was arrested on Friday during a traffic stop on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs and felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic device.

• Steven S. Westerman, 28, of Virginia City, was arrested Monday on suspicion of felony battery with substantial bodily harm stemming from a fight at the Washoe Club on Sunday.

• Jason J. Reed, 33 of Gold Hill, was arrested Monday during a traffic stop on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous drug, misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
