Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 11:35 a.m. in the 1900 block of Boeing Way on misdemeanor suspicion of violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Jermaine Clark Miller, 29 of Carson City, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony trafficking a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000.

• Coroner call in the 200 block of Koontz Lane at 4:41 a.m.

• Commercial burglary report in the 1300 block of Parkland Avenue at 9:24 a.m.

• Battery report in the 2000 block of West College Parkway at 12:17 p.m.

• Hit-and-run report in the 3000 block of Thurman Circle at 5:46 p.m.

• Coroner call in the 3000 block of Ormsby Boulevard at 9:45 p.m.

Lyon County

• Coroner call on Grand View Lane in Smith Valley at 6:34 a.m.

• Accident on Highway 50 East in Mound House at 8:03 a.m.

• Accident on Highway 50 East in Silver Springs at 11:16 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Traffic citations issued on State Route 341 at 6:31 a.m., 7:21 a.m. and 5:13 p.m.

• Traffic citations issued on Six Mile Canyon Road at 6:56 p.m. and 9:35 p.m.
