Fremont students leap at the chance to share their talents

Leaping ladies and thespian teachers took to the stage Thursday at Fremont Elementary for the school's annual talent show.

In all 23 students shared their gifts with a packed house of friends and family. In addition, teachers Jaci McCune, Marlo Leoni, Robin Ross and David Lowe gave an out-of-this-world performance with their "Alien" skit. Leoni also gathered her third-grade class for a performance of "The Slinky Seven" a tune about the multiples of seven.

Show organizer Sherri Chenin said students have been practicing for the show since tryouts April 19.
