A memorial service for Anna Lillian McMillan, 79, a 25-year Carson City resident, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
Mrs. McMillan died May 5, 2007. She was born Aug. 15, 1927, in Connecticut, to Edward and Lillian Lagerstrom, immigrants to America from Sweden.
She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1945, and attended a technical dental school in Southern California.
She married Bradley McMillan on Feb. 15, 1969, in Southern California.
She worked as a dental assistant and an office manager.
Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. McMillan lived in Southern California.
She was a volunteer with the Nevada State Museum, and enjoyed traveling and knitting.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1991.
Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Denise and Brent Holderman of Gardnerville; and grandchildren Doug and Erin Holderman of Reno.
