A graveside service for Manuel V. Muñoz, 66, a Carson City resident for the past six years, will be at noon Saturday at the Churchill County Cemetery in Fallon.
Mr. Muñoz died Dec. 25, 2006, in Riverton, Wyo. He was born July 22, 1940, in El Paso, Texas.
He graduated from Churchill County High School in 1960 and he received a masters degree in architecture from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Martinez, Calif., Anchorage, Alaska, Las Vegas and Fallon.
He married Joyce Romesburg May 29, 1985, in Las Vegas.
Mr. Muñoz had been a licensed architect in Nevada since 1974.
He served in the U.S. Army.
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; brothers Lorenzo and Alfred, both of Fallon, Alex of Riverton and Gus of Reno; sister Mary Rudelbach of Reno and numerous nieces and nephews.
Davis Funeral Home in Riverton was in charge of arrangements.
