The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• David Sleeman, 18, an unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday at Nye Lane and Concord Drive on suspicion of felony vehicle burglary, gross misdemeanor possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $27,737.


• A 41-year-old warehouse worker from Carson City was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $839 cash.


• A 50-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of North Fall Street on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $1,132.


• A 24-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Airport Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 23-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for domestic battery second offense. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.


• A 26-year-old unemployed transient was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday at Highway 50 East and Roop Street on suspicion of no valid insurance, no valid driver's license, impeding traffic on a highway, no valid registration in vehicle. Bail was set at $1,068.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• Report of a man spitting in his sister's face and hitting her at a home in the 2000 block of Airport Road at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.


• Report of a man attempting to use a counterfeit $100 in the 3700 block of North Carson Street at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday.


• Report of bones found in an excavation site at East Robinson and North Carson streets at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday.


Search and Rescue


The following are some of the calls to which Carson City Sheriff's Search and Rescue responded:


• Search and rescue was activated 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to respond to couple stranded in Carson River Corridor. The couple was extracted and escorted to their home in Mound House.


• Search and rescue was activated 11:30 p.m. May 10 to respond to lost 8-year-old child in the vicinity of Crossridge Drive. The child was located by deputies at 1:30 a.m. at a friend's house.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• Report of a drunk driver at Apache Drive and Aztec Street in Stagecoach at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.


• Report of a traffic stop resulting in a foot pursuit at North Pinenut Drive and Wells Fargo Avenue in Mark Twain at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday.


• Report of a drunk driver at Gold Pan Avenue and V&T Way in Mark Twain at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.


• Report of a battery at Fernley High School at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday.


• Report of sexual offenses in the 400 block of Traci Lane in Mound House at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday.


• Report of a man shooting his neighbor's dog and pointing a gun at his neighbor in the 200 block of Highway 95A in Mason Valley at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.


• Report of a drunk driver on Quilici Road in Dayton Valley at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.


• Report of a woman throwing rocks at her husband in the 100 block of Ring Road in Mark Twain at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.


Storey County


The following are some of the 11 calls to which deputies responded:


• Report of a traffic stop at USA Parkway and Waltham Way at 4:29 a.m. Wednesday. A citation was issued.
