A funeral for Leula M. Wynant, 87, a Gardnerville resident for the past three years, will be 11 a.m. today at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wynant died May 16, 2007, in Gardnerville. She was born July 9, 1919, in Kimball, Neb., to Edward Lee and Lula Roberts.
She married Leslie L. Wynant on Feb. 16, 1946.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Reno for 30 years.
Mrs. Wynant worked as a secretary for civil service.
She was preceded in death by her husband on March 13, 2000, in Reno and brother Willis Lee in December 1964, in Kimball.
Among her survivors are daughters Lee Ann Dietrich of San Jose, Calif., and Lorraine Masterson of Gardnerville; sister Doris Perry of Kimball and grandchildren Geoffrey Dietrich, Jeremy Dietrich and Kaitlin Young.
Burial will be at Sierra Memorial Park in Reno.
