• Senate Finance hears AB196 which makes changes concerning the limitation on the total proposed expenditures of the State. Room 2134.

10:45 a.m.

• Legislative Commission meets. Room 4100.

11:30 a.m.

• Assembly floor session. No Senate floor session is scheduled.

2 p.m.

• Senate Human Resources and Education hears presentation on Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 5. Room 2135.

3 p.m.

• Legislative Commission Audit Subcommittee. Room 3143.

Upon conclusion of afternoon committee meetings

• Senate Finance hears four bills: SB278 makes an appropriation to The Rape Crisis Center in southern Nevada for their program to prevent sexual violence. SB287 revises the requirements concerning eligibility to participate in the Public Employees' Retirement System as a police officer under certain early retirement provisions. SB442 makes an appropriation to the Nevada Discovery Museum in Reno for capital construction and initial operating expenses. SB514 establishes Monte Cristo State Park in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Room 2134.
