A memorial service for Donna Lee Roché, 65, a Carson City resident for the past 25 years, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.

Mrs. Roché died May 20, 2007, in Carson City. She was born April 4, 1942, in Culver City, Calif., to Ernest R. and Alta Rolfe.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Southern California.

Mrs. Roché worked at Staples for six years. She also worked at Arundel Auctions for 10 years as a clerk.

She enjoyed traveling, gardening, animals, operas and musicals.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her father and brother Richard Rolfe in 1991.

Among her survivors are son Eric Mathis of Portland, Ore.; mother Alta Mae Steyrer of Carson City; sister Marcie Cross-Daberko of Reno and grandchildren Ashley and Grahm Mathis.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
