Sheriff's Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Brandon Rasmussen, 23, of Gardnerville, was arrested Monday at 10:28 p.m. on College Parkway on suspicion of felony burglary, false imprisonment, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $26,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report of a commercial burglary in the 2900 block of Research Way at 8:17 a.m.

• Report of commercial burglary in which someone broke through the window at the Cigar Bar and stole deposit bags sometime before 11:25 a.m.

• A caller reported seeing an 8-year-old boy spray painting graffiti on a wall on East Musser Street at 4:05 p.m.

• A mother reported finding marijuana on her daughter at 5:08 p.m.

• Coroner call in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway at 10:21 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Misdemeanor arrest at 8:10 a.m. on Dayton Valley Parkway.

• Residential burglary report on Mountain View Drive in Fernley at 2:13 p.m.

• Accident on Main Street in Fernley at 5:46 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Spear Court in Fernley at 10:28 a.m.
